Do you have dents in your carpet?

I replaced my old bed frame the other day and after the area was cleared, 4 deep carpet holes were revealed from the legs of the bed where it sat for about 5 years.

However, a level curiousity and research taught me advice to clear these indentations easier than I ever thought.

To simplify the steps;
wet a folded towel
place it on the dent
use a very hot iron and smudge it over the towel until the dent is gone!
